Dim Sum Products

Centuries ago the chefs of Imperial China created succulent bite-sized snacks to be enjoyed as a selection of different tastes and textures. These have survived the years and are now taken with tea and known as dim sum meaning "the heart's delight". The making of dim sum requires both skill and expertise, and the blending of carefully chosen condiments to achieve authentic and ultimate delicacy.
